What is Kamagra Oral Jelly?

Kamagra Oral Jelly is a brand name for Ajanta's Sildenafil Citrate Oral Jelly. The product is in a gel form, meant to be consumed orally and should be allowed to dissolve in the oral cavity before it is swallowed.

Being a liquid it is more easily swallowed than tablets and therefore suitable for elderly people and also people who have difficulty in swallowing.

Holding the liquid in the mouth results in buccal cavity absorption, bypassing the hepatic metabolism thus leading to faster systemic circulation and faster onset of action and also a reduction in gastric irritation compared to tablets.

Kamagra Oral Jelly contains 100mg Sildenafil Citrate. Fast working in around 10-15 minutes.

How does Kamagra Oral Jelly work?

The physiologic mechanism of erection of the penis involves release of nitric oxide (NO) in the corpus cavernosum during sexual stimulation. NO then activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase which results in increased levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) producing smooth muscle relaxation in the corpus cavernosum and allowing inflow of blood.Kamagra Oral Jelly has no direct relaxant effect on isolated human corpus cavernosum but enhances the effect of NO (Nitric oxide) by inhibiting phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) which is responsible for degradation of cGMP in the corpus cavernosum. When sexual stimulation causes local release of NO, inhibition of PDE5 by Kamagra Oral Jelly causes increased levels of cGMP in the corpus cavernosum resulting in smooth muscle relaxation and inflow of blood to the corpus cavemosum.

What is the appropriate dose?

Contents of 1 sachet to be consumed approximately 20 minutes before sexual activity. Based on effectiveness and toleration, the dose may be increased to a maximum recommended dose of 100 mg. The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once per day. Kamagra Jelly - Same as Viagra, but ten times faster and last longer.

What are the side effects of Kamagra Oral Jelly?

Like all medications, Kamagra Oral Jelly can cause some side effects. These are usually mild & tolerable and don't last longer than a few hours. Some of these side effects are more likely to occur with higher doses of Kamagra Oral Jelly.

Nitrates are found in many prescription medications that are used to treat angina, such as Nitroglycerin, Isosorbide mononitrate (brand names: Monotrate, Vasotrate, Ismo, Imdur, Angicor), Isosorbide dinitrate (brand names: Sorbitrate, Isordil), Sublingual nitroglycerin tablets or spray (Angised, Angispan, GTN spray), Transdermal nitroglycerin patches or ointments (brand names: Top nitro, Nitroderm TTS, Myovin). Nitrates are also found in illicit drugs such as amyl nitrate (poppers). If you are not sure if any of your medicines contain nitrates, or if you do not understand what nitrates are ask you doctor or pharmacist. Kamagra Oral Jelly is not approved for use in women.

There is also a potential for cardiac risk during sexual activity in patients with pre-existing cardiovascular disease. Therefore, Kamagra Oral Jellyshould NOT be used in men where sexual activity is inadvisable because of their underlying cardiovascular status.

The use of Kamagra Oral Jelly offers no protection against sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV. Patients should continue to use protective measures necessary to guard against these diseases. In case of an overdose, call your physician immediately.

If you have ever suffered from any of the following conditions inform your doctor before taking Kamagra Oral Jelly: 

• kidney / liver problems
• heart conditions (e.g. irregular heart beat, chest pain, heart attack, angina or narrowing of the aortic valve)
• high / low blood pressure
• stroke
• an inherited eye condition called retinitis pigmentose
• any blood problems such as leukaemia or sickle cellanemia
• penis deformity such as peyronies disease
• an erection lasting more than 4 hours
• allergy to Sildenafil
